1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 500rr platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register, log in, or use the services provided by 500rr.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 500rr platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be taken as your acceptance of the updated version.
The 500rr platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that accessing online entertainment platforms is permitted in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 500rr platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a reachable phone number. 500rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 500rr support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.
Account Verification
To fully activate the withdrawal function, users are required to complete the identity verification process. The name registered on your 500rr account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions. Failure to verify your identity within the stipulated period may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawal functionality.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 500rr platform are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their accounts comply with platform rules and applicable laws. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated methods to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate the gaming system, payment system, or rewards programme in any unauthorised manner.
- Sharing or transferring account access to another party.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in a manner that contravenes the stated promotion terms.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users or the platform's systems.
500rr reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding winnings, or referring cases to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 500rr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including online banking via FPX, Boost, GrabPay, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. Successful deposits are credited to your account automatically. Any deposit failure due to third-party technical issues must be reported to our support team along with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers. 500rr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes without prior notice.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses, promotional credits, or special offers are subject to turnover requirements as specified separately in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the turnover requirements have been fully met. Misuse of promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
The 500rr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be free from security threats. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 500rr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses not directly caused by the platform's own negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 500rr platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, brand names, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 500rr management.
Account Suspension & Closure
500rr reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated period, or at the user's own request. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team.
Third-Party Links
The 500rr platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
500rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
